Return Policy
Please start the refund process by contacting our customer service support@unbindco.com. If you are returning the product because you are unsatisfied, there is a 30 day window from purchase date for a refund, which the product must be in perfect condition, and sent in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required. Customers must pay return shipping and all handling/shipping cost are non refundable. Once the item is received and inspected, we will approve or reject the refund. The approved refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your product is defective we will refund the initial shipping costs to compensate for the return shipping cost you incurred at your expense. You may choose a refund or an exchange, where we will pay for the exchanged product shipping back to you. If a product has been damaged in use no refund will be offered. Certain items are non-refundable such as, customized products, Or items on sale. ~ (Please understand that we are a small company and refunds or defective product will be handled as soon as possible)
